User Experiences
User experiences (often referred to as UX) is the experience a person has when interacting with a product or service's design. In many cases, it is used to specifically describe the interaction a person has with a web site or program.
I tend to take the broader view of user experience. I look at focusing on the whole picture of a user's experience and build solutions to address it. It isn't just about the website (although I work on those). It isn't just about the brand, like logos (although I work on those). It isn't just about print materials, or planning or understanding the needs.
It's about how everything works together. I've intentionally varied my experience over a number of areas (web, video, print, communication, design, planning and analysis). Doing so allows me to look at the user's experience from a wide, encompassing view.
