Online Training (this portfolio item has sound)
Problem
Train a large number of geographically distributed new team members on critical company information and policies.
Solution
I designed and developed an interactive and visually engaging online new team member orientation module.
The module allows the learner to choose the learning paths and presents it in a way that helps increase retention.
Delivering the material online allowed the training to be delivered consistently to geographically distributed team members.
Tools
I worked with a team that drew the character and scene in Adobe Illustrator. Voice over was recorded and edited in SoundBooth. The final interactive animation was developed in Adobe Flash CS4 and AfterEffects.
