Scenario-based Systems Training

Description

Problem:

Train and engage retail associates with online module. Ensure it remains concise, but as engaging and instructive as possible.

Solution:

Our team developed and deployed a scenario-based systems training. Created characters and basic animation, including system screen animations, to help users learn both how to use the systems and understand the processes, customer experience and compliance needs.
