Description

Problem:

Support organization in rolling out new company-wide system used by every employee.

Solution:

Partner with systems, change management and communication teams to understand needs, changes and messaging.

Developed a series of introductory/overview videos and training sessions to educate population on the tool at initial launch. Developed and made available a large series of quick reference cards to provide just-in-time training support.
